You made a very wise decision to let our professional delivery team to do the hard work. All of our deliveries are done by well trained Canturk International personnel making your delivery purchase the best value in your environment.

Delivery scheduling is handled by our delivery coordinators. Please contact us in advance to suit best date and time to your availability. In addition, if you have requested a delivery date with a sales person, please call to confirm. Our prices are right and very competitive.

Prior to calling, please have the following information available for your delivery coordinators:

• Your CanTurk International Invoice copy/number
• A preferred delivery day
• Your contact numbers
• Delivery address details if different than the original delivery address

Normal delivery time on in-stock items is 3-5 busines days.

For safety, please keep children and pets away from the installation area and pathway.

Please note that our delivery personnel are not allowed to move or remove any of your existing furniture, install any electric equipment or mount/hang anything on the walls or ceiling.

For items beeing assembled, please allow us 3 working days for assembly to be completed and approved.

If you cannot take delivery within 60 days of purchase, a storage fee will be applied to your account. We will bill you 5% of the invoice total for any purchase not picked up or not delivered within 60 days. This fee may be waived for items that are backordered or special ordered.

Before signing the delivery acceptance, please inspect the delivered items thoroughly for any flaw in workmanship or damage and point it out to the delivery team. Your signature acknowledges your understanding that the items delivered are received in acceptable condition and to your satisfaction.
